(Privacy Policy) When a student proceeds to pay tuition fees for invoices, it means that the customer has agreed to all general and specific regulations stated below by the Center.
1. General regulations applicable to all customers when studying and participating in activities within the SaigonDance premises
– Customers must maintain polite, civilized, and healthy attitudes and behaviors.
– Customers should wear appropriate sportswear when training in the studio, including comfortable, flexible clothing, sports shoes or dance shoes. Men are not allowed to be shirtless in the studio. Costumes for specific disciplines such as Pole Dance, Hoop Dance, Sexy Dance, etc. must follow the instructor’s guidance.
– Customers are not allowed to smoke within the SaigonDance premises; food and beverages (except bottled water with screw caps not chilled or personal water bottles) are not allowed inside the studio; spilling water on the floor is prohibited. Customers must leave food and drinks outside the studio and clean up, disposing of trash properly before leaving.
– Customers are not allowed to train while under the influence of alcohol or stimulants. Customers should stop exercising if experiencing signs of fatigue or dizziness.
– Customers must comply with all rules and instructions from authorized personnel of the Center when using the studio. The Center is not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by non-compliance.
– Customers are responsible for compensating for any damage to facilities or equipment caused by their personal fault.
– Personal belongings must be placed in lockers, or kept within sight in studios without lockers; shoes must be placed on racks outside the studio.
– Customers are advised to check their personal belongings before leaving. Forgotten items will be stored in the Lost & Found locker at the reception desk. After 30 days without claim, the Center reserves the right to dispose of them. In case of loss or theft, customers must immediately inform Customer Service for coordination and support.
– Pets are strictly not allowed inside the studio. Bringing pets to the Center premises is discouraged unless they are muzzled or ensured not to attack others, cause disturbances, or create unsanitary conditions.
2. Regulations for students studying at SaigonDance
In addition to the regulations in Section 1, SaigonDance students must comply with the following general and specific regulations:
2.1. General regulations
– Students with underlying medical conditions such as cardiovascular issues, vestibular disorders, musculoskeletal problems, etc. must consult a doctor and inform the instructor of their condition before attending class.
– Students must take mats from the designated area, clean the mats with cleaning spray and towels after use, and return them properly. Shared equipment must be returned neatly after use. Maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash before the class ends.
– Turn off phone ringtones, set phones to silent mode, do not answer calls during class, and avoid loud talking that disrupts the class.
– Students who wish to record videos or take photos during class must obtain permission from the instructor/Center and classmates, and comply with regulations on personal image rights under the 2015 Vietnamese Civil Code.
– SaigonDance reserves the right to use images and videos of classes for communication and marketing purposes without prior consent. Students who do not wish to be recorded must inform the cameraman and step out of the frame when filming occurs.
– Students are not allowed to bring friends, relatives, or parents into the classroom to study or sit in. Companions are welcome in the designated guest area at the reception desk.
– Students enrolled in fixed dance courses (8 sessions or more, depending on the program) who miss classes for personal reasons (including late enrollment) will not have missed or unattended sessions carried over, transferred, refunded, or made up in another course, except for programs that allow single-session attendance, where make-up classes may be arranged within 15 days from the end date of the registered course.
– No refunds, fee retention, class transfers, or card transfers are allowed in any case. Lost cards will not be reissued. Students without cards are not allowed to enter class. Expired cards are invalid even if sessions remain. Membership cards are non-transferable and for the cardholder only. In case of lost cards, accumulated points will not be restored.
– Students must check in at the reception desk before entering class.
– For child students requiring guardians: pick-up and drop-off must take place at the reception desk within 10 minutes before and after class.
– Attending 15 minutes of a class is considered full participation and the full class fee will be charged.
– Students are not allowed to invite instructors teaching at the Center to work externally without the Center’s consent.
– Instructors are responsible only for teaching, reminding, and supervising students regarding classroom environment regulations. Issues related to tuition fees, courses, policies, or regulations must be handled with the Customer Service Department.
In addition to the general regulations above, students must also comply with regulations applicable to each type of study card as follows:
2.2. Regulations for Fitness classes and Monthly Package cards
– Students must choose an activation date for the card at the time of payment (activation must be within 1 month from payment date). Once activated, the card validity begins regardless of attendance. Validity includes public holidays and Lunar New Year holidays.
– Depending on business operations, the Center reserves the right to open or adjust classes. In cases of unexpected or planned closures (holidays, annual leave, etc.) causing full Center closure (excluding permanent closure) or cancellation of certain classes/courses, students shall have no subsequent claims.
– Students may attend classes flexibly during all available time slots for the registered discipline at the selected location. Monthly Package (VIP) cards exclude certain disciplines.
2.3. Regulations for Day Passes
– Students who have paid before class but cannot attend due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes.
– Students must attend the class they registered for and may not switch classes mid-session.
2.4. Regulations for Private Classes or Choreography Classes
– Private classes are designed based on content and schedule needs of at least one student. For group classes, one student must be appointed as the group representative. Schedule changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance (excluding holidays). Late arrival, late rescheduling, or unannounced absence will not be eligible for make-up sessions, and missed sessions will still be charged. Schedule changes are limited to three times per payment period.
– At registration, students must select a start date and time. Validity: 1–2 sessions within 7 days; 3–5 sessions within 15 days; 6–9 sessions within 1 month; 10 sessions or more within 3 months. After expiration, cards are invalid with no refunds, retention, make-up classes, transfers, or assignments.
– For classes held at the student’s location, the student is responsible for providing mirrors, sound systems, practice equipment, and coordinating attendance monitoring with the Center.
3. Regulations for Studio Rental Customers
In addition to the regulations in Section 1, rental customers must comply with the following:
– Do not use available equipment or facilities without permission. Unauthorized use will be charged according to current rates. Customers are responsible for compensating for any damage caused by personal fault.
– Use electronic devices, sound systems, and rented equipment correctly and as instructed.
– Rental fees must be paid in full before room use. Rooms must be received and returned on time. Extension requests must be made at least 10 minutes in advance; otherwise, overtime will be charged per additional 15 minutes.
– For bookings made far in advance or when only one room remains, payment must be completed no later than 30 hours before the rental start time, via cash or bank transfer.
– After payment, rescheduling requires notice at least 24 hours in advance. In all cases (including prior cancellation notice), rental fees are non-refundable.
4. Regulations for Customers Purchasing Products
– Customers should receive full product information and, in some cases, request to try products such as dance gel or practice wear. Customers must pay for products with broken seals such as beverages, pole gel, or hygiene-sensitive items like underwear, masks, dance shoes, etc.
– After careful inspection, payment must be made at the Customer Service counter via cash, card, or bank transfer. The Center does not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds after payment.
